we just begun the process of CR-1 and we are nervous, and we would like to know some tips from you guys :):D

Did you mail out the I-130 packet already or currently assembling it?

mailed it out already, I put it together ASAP in order to get a priority date. Just sent my marrriage cert and translation, 2 sworn statements from our mom's who were at the wedding and about 10 pictures including 2 from facebook with tons of comments and likes. I filed as a LPR but hope to upgrade the petition when I become a citizen in a few weeks and still have a June priority date (tip I found here on VJ).

Now I am hoping that is enough to avoid any RFE's.

Once you send the I130 fill in your timeline, it will give you estimated times on when it should be getting adjudicated.

Good choice, everything I have read here mentions the K3 being obsolete. Good Luck!!!
