i just cant wait the N0A1. how many days before i received that we sent my I-130 July 23 2012. i asked that cuz i dont want to stay at home doing nothing i need to work also :crying:

NVC case numbers March 22nd
My sons AOS and IV bill paid March 23rd (status in progress)
My sons AOS and IV bill shows as paid March 26
My IV bill paid March 26
Both packages sent on March 26
My IV bill shows as paid on March 27th
CC on both cases March 30


Current record holder of fastest through the NVC :D

Medical exam in Stockholm April 13th
Interview on May 16th !!!

POE Anchorage July 12th!! 2012

July 2015 n-400 in the mail

September 2015, interview

October 23rd 2015, Oath ceremony!!!!!​​

i can work but my plan is to go in other country to work there. and my hubby we sent my I-130 tru mail not express mail..

Give it at least 30 days.

i can work but my plan is to go in other country to work there. and my hubby we sent my I-130 tru mail not express mail..

If you can be working you should be because this process might take up to a year to finish.

Well if you gonna sit and wait for everything to finish up you gonna sit for a very loooong time!

NOA1 comes in 2-weeks or a month time. Over-all processing time for CR1 takes about 8 months to a year, depends on various factors, like money, RFE, interview schedules, etc. It can go further based on other real experiences. Just prepare yourself on some other requirements needed. Good luck and God bless !
