questions about NOA1(HELP)

Hello fellow VJ members,

I have a question regarding NOA1 and I was worried lately coz my fiance send the petiton last 7-16-12 via UPS and when he tracked it it says that it was already delivered it 7-19-12 and then the checked was cashed on 7-20-12,BUT we didnt get any text or email that they got it.

*WHY IS THAT WE DIDN'T GET ANY TEXT OR EMAIL THAT THEY ALREADY GOT IT?

*IS IT TRUE THAT THE DATE THAT THEY CASHED IT WOULD ALSO BE THE DATE OF MY NOA1?

*IS IT POSSIBLE THAT USCIS WILL JUST SEND US OUR NOA1 HARDCOPY WITHOUT NOTIFYING US?

Unless you filed to a lockbox they are not going to give you a text or email when you submit. The NOA1 should be the first thing you get in the mail.

You need to give them at least 30 days.
