In form I 864 (line 23) what is the meaning of my current individual annual income? Wife did not file tax last year becos she didn't work. She is working since January. They pays her 864 dollars every two weeks. What will I feel in line 23? Urgently needed the answer..Thanks

You calculate the sponsor's income for an annual basis. For example a person earning $100 per week has an annual income of $5200. Even if you started that job last week, the annual income is $5200.

Well $864 every two weeks means a total of 26 pays. 864x26 equals 22464

Yep, $22,464 is what the current annual income comes out to. There are 52 weeks in a year, and she gets paid every 2 weeks, so 864 x 26. Your wife will back up her income with a letter from her employer and recent pay stubs. If your wife did not file taxes for any of the previous 3 years, she needs to write a statement as to why she was not legally required to file those years.
