Lutheran, Catholics, Greek Orthodox, Greek Maronite Catholic, Coptic Christians, Russian Orthodox, etc... observe BOTH Testaments. That's why the Holy Bible includes both the Old Testament along with the New Testament.

I would really recommend you read the old testament or the Torah. They are basically the same book with small variations.

Christians don't observe the laws set forth in Leviticus.

Another person posted a link to the entire book. Make use of it.

You may find useful the laws set forth in chapters 16 , 17 and 23, none of which Christians observe.
