Request assistance on applying for H1-B Visa. I have Master degree from UK and 2.5 years of work experience. I request assistance on the following,

1. How much it costs for H1-B visa?

2. The cap for 2013 has reached, when can i apply for 2014

3. What is the financial year for H1B-Visa? Is it from April 2011-April 2012. how early can i apply for visa for 2014?

4. Guidelines on H1-B

I believe a sponsoring employer would pay for the costs of the visa.

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

You do not apply, your employer does (need to find it first). Filing fee you can find on USCIS website, lawyer costs are typically several times higher though than just the filing fees.

take a course in advanced conversational english, before you bother.

Adjustment of Status from H-1B, Family-Based
07/26/2012 - 10/18/2012: 85 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Removal of Conditions
07/22/2014 - 11/14/2014: 116 Days from Application Received to GC Received.
Naturalization
02/03/2016 - 05/31/2016 : 119 Days from Application Received to Oath Ceremony.

I am a United States citizen!

you have to be employed in the US before you can get an H-1B visa because your employer is the petitioner.

Hi,

If you are legally employed in the US that means that you have work permit.

If you have work permit you do not need to apply for H1B.

Before you apply for H1B you need to have employer who would apply for you.

You can not apply for H1B by yourself.
