I feel like my I-129 packet is complete. I would appreciate any feedback on a few things before I send this toward the Dallas lockbox.

I have included proof of my meeting with my foreign fiancee:

-several photos of she and I together, I wrote our names and the date the photo was taken on the back of each photo

-copies of my airplane boarding passes, credit card and bank statements showing purchase and ATM activity at her location

-copy of my full passport book showing my entry and exit stamps

That is all I plan to send to prove my meeting with her, and I think that is all I need.

It is my understanding that I DO NOT need to provide any proof of an "ongoing relationship" at this time. Is this correct?

My only other concern was with her G-325A. She only capitalized the first letter of her last name, but it seems it is best to capitalize all of the letters of the last name. Also, she used a ball-point pen to make some changes to her G-325A form before she sent it to me. She neatly crossed through a couple of words and then added some different words. Also, some of her info on the G-325A is "typed", and some of the info is hand-written with ink into the blank spaces on the form. And finally, the typed date (next to her written signature) at the bottom of the form does not clearly read "2012" on her form (or mine). I took a ball point pen and wrote 2012 on both G-325A forms.

My full I-129F packet includes:

my personal check to cover your fee payment of $340

completed form I-129F

supplement to Question #18 of the I-129F (circumstances of our "meeting in person")

completed form G-325A for me (petitioner)

passport style photo of me (petitioner)

copy of front and back of my birth certificate

copies of legal documents regarding dissolutions of my past marriages

letter from me, certifying my intent to marry her

completed form G-325A for her (my foreign beneficiary)

passport style photo of her (beneficiary)

letter from her, certifying her intent to marry me

proof of our having met in person during the past two years:

photographs of us together, copies of my airplane boarding passes to travel there and then return, credit card statement and bank statement showing my purchase and ATM activity during our visit, and a full copy of my passport that shows entry and exit stamps from my visit

That's it! She has never been married before. I think what I listed above is all I need to included in the I-129F petition packet.

I know there is pleny more for me to do as we move toward her appointment with the US Consulate. I will prepare the "proof of ongoing relationship" and the sponsership affidavit for soon, but I don't think it needs to be included with this petiton packet. Am I wrong?

I am very excited about putting this in the mail soon.

Read over the guide http://www.visajourney.com/content/k1guide#proof

You will need to include copies of emails, phone records, chat logs to show an ongoing relationship.

Check should be made out to: The Department of Homeland Security

You might want to include the G-1145 - E- Notification

Wishing you the very best on your Journey :)
