It would be up to your Employer and their Lawyers as to which one they go for.

H1B is not an obvious fit.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

What for and why would they assist you?

i got a meeting with ucis on aug 14th, they will assist me right?

No. It is not USCIS's job to help you obtain a work visa. USCIS's job is to process the sponsor's petition. If you want assistance, you need to ask your employer, your employer's lawyer, or your own lawyer.
