Hi all,

I'm just wondering what happens to Yellow123's case. I have not seen him online for a while. I'm still waiting for answer from HCM Consulate. I got same response "not up for review, we'll let know when we make our decision" every time I called. Does any1 have any good news from HCM Consulate?

2008-01-31 applied for SSA

2008-02-10 Received Notice fr SSA

2008-02-10 SSC issued with 10-BD

2008-02-14 Married; will get MC within 10 BD

2008-02-18 Recievd SSC

2008-02-27 Recieed Marriage Certificate

2008-03-03 485 Filed.

2008-03-08 File Received Chicago

2008-03-17 Rec'd 3 NOAs in the mail, but NOA dated 3/12/08

2008-04-04 Bio Appointment

2008-05-06 I765 in the mail

2008-05-06 I131 approved and in the mail

2008-08-26 Interview in CA 10/20/2008 Approved

2010-10-20 Remove Conditional--Gone Fishing 4 awhile now!!!!!!

2010-12-23 GC received--No More USCIS to deal with for now.

I have not heard a word out of the Visa Unit in HCMC. My attorney in HCMC says our petition is not subject to AR because it was reaffirmed by NSC and the Consulate has had it since July 14 of this year. My attorney did say our petition is in the pipeline?

What does pipeline mean? :blink:

Three months seems to be a long time for final processing of a reaffirmed case. Is your Congressman's office following up on this?

Really? Wow, Would you have "anything" I can compare and share with my Congressman on any time lines the Consulate should be acting on our reaffirmed petition? He (congressman) did get the ball rolling after NVC sent it on to HCMC... NVC said we sent it on to HCM, HCM saying we've yet to receive it... For heaven sake you have been in limbo :yes: an awful long time as well... What gives there?

I did not follow your case very closely, but I just read your timeline and your case seems to be very complicated. Are you still waiting for final decision from the HCM Con?
