so im from a country that requires military records.

what step of the petition do you send your military record? should i send it with the i-129 package? or just bring it with me to the interview?

and also

my military record sais i was released due to health problems, with no details.

will they ask me about it in the med exams? those problams dose not exist anymore.

If you are the petitioner then when you apply (if you are in the US)they will do the background check. If you are being sponsored then when you have your interview at the embassy you will need your police clearance (and if they require military record). It might be better for you to post this question in the country section that you are interested in on VisaJourney website.
