If you already have the visa in hand I don't think she is testing your relationship. If she was she would've done so before the interview. Maybe she just made a mistake and was supposed to write that down but forgot and instead of making up a date she wanted to ask you. I honestly think you guys are fine just call back and tell them your date. Good luck and congrats!

We have our K1 visa in hand, issued in May, expires in November. He hasn't entered the states yet.

The lady who interviewed us from the US Embassy Belize called today to ask when our wedding date is going to be (left a message with his mother). Why would she do this? It strikes me as very strange. In our original interview we told her some time in September.

Maybe he made such an impact on her at the interview that she wants to send a gift...a toaster maybe.

I know it's hard not to worry. She probably just messed up with documenting the date when you told her and wants to know so she can complete her notes.

Hi,

Question? Did everything work out? Can you tell me about your interview and what the Consulor required to show a relationship? We have to visit the same office in Belmopan soon.
