Hi Everyone,

My fiance went to get his police certificate and he had a drug charge on there that he was never aware of. Apparently he was at a party where people got caught with drugs around 5 years ago and everyone at the party had had this charge put on their certificate. They opened a case on him and nothing was found b/c it had nothing to do with him, but the original charges still remain. What do we do? Will this cause a problem? What can we do? :help:

That's a tough one. I would think it would be wise to at least consult with an experienced immigration attorney. Maybe you can find one experienced with the Israel consulate. Hope things work out for you two.
