I talked to agent and not that much help same thing with updates in my case status online and said they will send if they need anything from us...and seem there is no problem in our case...so all we have to do is to wait and Santa Ana timeline is 4 mos..wth??

So call back, get an ISO, instead of an agent,

and ask again.

Seriously...

So you mean I may be transfer to CSC and dont have to appear in interview???

Is anyone experience to receive a notice like this???

We got one. I was going to ask you "where did it get transferred to?" They do tell you. If it is CSC, be prepared for a very long wait. There are people with cases transferred last december to CSC and are still waiting.

Apparently, the good news is that most people do not get interview. The bad news is that you may be waiting 8-9 months.

I have no problem in attending an interview coz I'd rather have interview and get my GC within 10 days after interview rather than transfer to CSC and wait months before approval...do you think they will send our interview letter soon???

Unless you came in on a K-1 you will definitely have an interview. But if you submitted an I130 then I guess you are not a K-1

Aren't you AOSing from a B-2?

If so, I think they transfer your forms to the local USCIS office where you'll have your interview. I don't know why the CSC had it, but anyway, it needs to end up at the local office so you can interview.

You definitely will have an interview, no doubt about that.

Our notices said the case was being processed by the National Benefits Center. I never got notified when they transferred it to the local office. Nothing's changed on two of our forms since they were accepted. The I-485 was updated when they sent the interview notice.

Anyway, it sounds like your case is moving the way it should. :)

Our interview is Thursday. My husband still hasn't gotten his EAD. I really think that how quickly your case moves depends on the speed of your local office. Hopefully yours isn't very busy.

Thank you!

I've seen several people here recently who are getting their interview before their EAD. Seems like for some reason EADs are moving slow and interviews are moving fast.

Good luck!
