Does K-2 child need DS-156 and DS-157 forms?

Hi,

I have been told that only my fiance needs to fill out forms DS-156 and DS-157 (and take 2 signed copies of each) for the embassy interview.

I think only my fiance needs DS-156K for sure.

Does her daughter (K-2 Visa) need these filled out for herself also? Or only the DS-230 for her daughter?

The documents required are listed in the embassy letter, here:

K2 does not use the 230. For the K2 you complete the 156 & 157 (two copies each) but not the 156K

K1 & K2 each need 2 copies of 156 + 157.

As far as i remembered, i fill out DS-156, DS-156k and DS-157 for my children(2 copies each) to be sure.
