If you have a case number from the NOA2 approval, NVC sets the interview for K1 applicants in Rio. I called the service center after we got our approval, gave them my number, and was able to obtain the interview date from them. Also, i have a link on my signature leading to the instructions for the K1 interview. Feel free to take a look there. Rio does not send out a package. You get a letter with the link explaining what to do for the interview.

Boa Sorte

It is on the NOA2. Call the NVC and give them that Number, they will give you the scheduled interview date. Just as in my previous post.

If you have the NOA2, there is a # on that. Call NVC, ask them about your case and you would like to find out interview date. They give you the answer. Once you get your interview date, just follow the directions found within my 3rd link on signature. Rio does not send a package, rather the link that I have copied to my signature. They tell you to follow the directions from that link. Everyone shows up on interview date at the same time. We were there @6:30am and there already was people in line. You can read our review of Rio on our profile.

Our documents arrived at the consulate in Rio on Monday. I called the NVC today gave them my case number and asked about the interview date. The gentlemen replied that NVC does not set up appointments for K1 applicants in RJ. He suggested I call the consulate in Rio. Any thoughts?
