Hi!

I am having my embassy interview in two weeks and I have four questions that do not let me sleep at night.

1. My fiance mailed me the I-864 package both her and her brother's (he is a co-sponsor). I-864 are printed on single pages and notarized - but nottary's stamp and signature is only one one of those pages (placed by Amanda's signature). Is it still ok - or should we have nottary's stamps on every page?

2. With I-864 she send me other papers like her W-2 forms or bank account statements print-outs (from her Internet banking website) etc... Should they be notarized (have stamp and nottary's signature) too?

3. Are photocopies of W-2 ok too?

4. Does anyone know what is the approximate time for Warsaw embassy to issue a visa after the interview?

5. What if they find package incomplete because of what i described in 1,2 and 3. Which step do I go back to with my K1 visa?

That should all be fine. but are you sure it's an I-864 & not a I-134?

I have called the embassy (it was a nightmare to go through) and asked if I-864 will be ok. The lady who answered my call told me it is ok if only I-864 is all ok. After that she hung up on me before i asked her questions I asked you. Therefor I am trying to figure out if it's gonna be OK.

Thanks for the reply devilette. Anyone else has an opinion on that?

Note if she used the newest I-864 notary is not needed, also for a fiance visa interview the embassy usualy prefers I-134 since a fiance visa is a non-immigrant visa.
Financial Documents

The Affidavit of Support form I-864 is not required for K visas. However, petitioners must provide proof of adequate financial support once in the United States to ensure the applicant will not become public charges. Documentation regarding financial support can be in any form so long as it contains enough detail and information for the consular officer to conclude that the beneficiary will not become a public charge. Petitioners may submit the form I-134 if they wish.

Copies are fine and no notary needed, only form needing notary is I-134
3. Are photocopies of W-2 ok too?
yes
4. Does anyone know what is the approximate time for Warsaw embassy to issue a visa after the interview?
