ohhh and emailing the DS 3032, takes about a week to process and then you should recieve an email, although I would just keep checking online ot see if the IV fee has been generated:) After you pay and print your ready for the next step. Dont wait for the packets, all the forms and instructions can be found online.

So I called an got the invoice number but he told me that I cant pay it until I receive an email requesting payment. Should I wait for the email or pay it now. Thanks in advance!

7/9/12-Hard copy in mail & case received at NVC

7/31/12-Called NVC for status update gave email address

8/1/12-Recvd DS3032 & AOS Bill

8/1/12-Paid AOS bill

8/2/12-Rtrnd DS3032 via email

8/3/12-Sent AOS packet sent USPS prority mail

8/6/12-AOS packet received

8/10/12-AOS approved

8/10/12-Received confirm. of DS3032 via email

8/13/2012-Received IV BILL & PAID

8/21/12-Sent IV Packet overnight USPS

8/22/12-Packet recvd at NVC

8/27/12-Case complete @ NVC

9/13/12-Recvd Interview letter

9/24/12-Medical Appt (completed)

10/10/12-Picked up medical packet

10/11/12-Interview Date (APPROVED!!!)

10/16/12-Visa Ready

10/17/12-Visa in Hand

10/19/12- POE @ Clt Intl

11/02/12-Green card in hand

Dont wait fo rthe mail, just keep checking online, login into the system until you see the AOS bill has been generated.

01-16-2008 Met in Argentina, started dating

07-03-2008 Moved in together

03-01-2011 Married;)

04-21-2011 Sent I-130

04-26-2011 Delivered 1:35p

04-28-2011 NOA1 E-mail, off to CSC

05-02-2011 NOA1 Hard copy, Priority date 4-28-2001

07-14-2011 NOA2 E-mail

I-130 Approved in 11 weeks!!!:)

***A break from paperwork, not quite ready to move to US, together in Buenos Aires and loving married life:))))

08-01-2011 Case recieved by NVC

04-19-2012 Paid IV and AOS fees online, PROCESSING

04-23-2012 AOS and IV status PAID

07-12-2012 Sent IV packet from Argentina FINALLY:))

07-18-2012 Sent my AOS packet to joint sponsor in US to attach her I-184

07-23-2012 IV Packet arrives at NVC!!!

07-31-2012 Called NVC and received e-mail, IV processed:))

08-07-2012 AOS overnighted via FED EX

08-08-2012 NVC receives AOS

08-14-2012 CASE CLOSED!!!!!!!!!

Patience, Acceptance, Surrender...
