seeking to know.....about NVC.....

hello fellow visajourney members........

my case was enterd on NVC system on 11th but till now our AOS bill has not been generated......the standard automated response is 6-8 weeks.........will you chip in some responses and tell me what was the time taken for your AOS to be generated, once the case was entered into NVC system........

Im also in Same Situation My Wifes I 130 was approved on October 2nd and NVC generated the Visa Number On Oct 11th. It has got the same message as you have got. AOS has not been generated yet. Im also waiting for that AOS to generate so my wife's process can move faster.

Whilst mine is almost a year ago now.....it was as follows

11-28-2005 NVC Received Petition

11-29-2005 Case # Assigned

12-05-2005 AOS Bill & DS-3032 generated

Presently they generally appear to be taking a couple of weeks to generate the first lot of forms. The message you heard is no different to what it was when I went through. It is a standard message and doubtful you will be waiting that long.
