how come you're not eligible to any kind of visas? is it because of your religion?

Let your USC boyfriend petition for a fiance visa for you, so you can go to the US and marry him

Is that not an option for you?

Applying for a tourist visa IS an option, although difficult, tourist visas are given to Iranians

Good luck

Ok if you're asking about the I-129F and filing for a Fiancee visa, then one of the key requirements is that you must have met at least once in the two years prior to filing.

This can be waived but it is exceptionally rare for this to happen and given your only constraints (that you have outlined) are your religion and your financial situations, it's unlikely they would waive this requirement.

On the financial side, if you're unable to afford a trip to Iran to meet then you need to look at the financial requirements for the visa to ensure you can either afford it or have a sponsor available.

It is possible to apply for a visitor visa from iran and it may be worth asking in the Visitors visa forums for some assistance or advice

ty guys for your advise i could save up to go to usa to meet him but he is not in a good condtion.he is sick and having lots of trouble.i dont want to let him get worse.we never met and cant meet anytime soon if cant get finace visa or for me a tourist visa.

Ask him to send you invitation letter and a letter that he will provide you with accommodation/expense .Then, apply for a tourist visa.IF you have around $40,000 cash in your account show them statement from your bank, it will boost your chance of getting visa.Worth to try.
