Ok. The last 2 days have been completely awesome. My fiance got her Passport with K1 visa in her hands yesterday. Then I get up this morning and look at my email at work to get the news that I got the job I really wanted in SoCal. We were starting to stress alittle bit about me finding a job back in the states once my contract was done here in Afghanistan. But that is fine now, we are so happy and just ecstatic.

God is good. Thanks everyone for their help in all this.

How you gonna afford to the new job, after all that bling you were making in Asscrackistan? I was thinking about doing that after the military, but contractor work seems iffy right now. Congrats on all the good news. Wish it was always like that!! You guys are definitely moving forward now!

Yeah, I started doing it after I got out of the Marine Corps myself. I saved up some money after over 2 years here. Yeah contracting is starting to get iffy now. The companies are starting to lower pay, and cut people. But I am happy to be leaving now so I can be with my mahal. That is the biggest thing right now.
