Yes, because context is always important. For example, your doctored clip shows the President saying this...

...while leaving out him saying that at the very same time:

"But in Europe, there is an anti-Americanism that is at once casual, but can also be insidious. Instead of recognizing the good that America so often does in the world, there have been times where Europeans choose to blame America for much of what's bad."

Get it? Probably not.

Good day to you sir! It is pointless to argue so I won't. You believe what you want and I will believe the truth. It doesn't matter what you choose to fool yourself into believing. Obama went on a world tour apologizing for America. His own words prove that. Despite the additional "context" you added to his words it still amounts to an apology. Your cool with that, I get it. I posted that rebuttal some time ago. Go back and read it. Surely you are familiar with what an apology is as well as what context is. Contrary to what Rove and Co. would want to claim, the President did not travel around the globe apologizing for America.
