We recieved the I 797 NOA .....and it was approved...........can i prety moch expect for everything to go good from here on out? I saw it and me and my wife were crying, we are happy, but now that it is approved i know we have to go thought the interviews and such. Can i relax and expect her visa to be approved??? or am i clelbrating to early?

Congratulations! You still have to get through the NVC which is proving to be stressful for some of us right now. Here's to hoping you get in & out of there quickly! :thumbs:

You still have a few months to go NVC and getting interview date. Go to NVC July Filers read first post of all your to do's while you wait for your case to be sent to NVC (Taking 15 to 30 days for some) than another 2 to 3 weeks for case#

Thanks for the congrats

You may run into hurdle only at interview time (considering you don't have annual income and IV documents issue) based on where the beneficiary lives. There are few countries where embassy is very strict during interview and may issue AP instead of approval which may lead to more wait time.
