Our NOA1 is dated April 17, 2012. We are also still waiting.

My husband was told that we should hear in about a month (he had to call to get our receipt number) as VSC was working on a five month timeline.

I have heard from some people on VJ that VSC is actually working on a 6.5 month timeline...who knows?

Anyway, I would expect that us April filers will hear sometime in September or October if everything goes well for us.

Look here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/

According to VJ timelines, VSC is currently working on March 23 for IR-1 applicants. K-1 applicants are being approved back to February 22 still.

Go here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=2&option=1&sortby=1

According to Igor's List VSC has completed over half of March apps submitted and posted on VJ. So they aren't doing too bad for IR-1/CR-1 apps, but they are getting behind on K-1 apps.

According to this not even 50% of February filers for K-1 apps have received NOA2.

CR1 April 3rd and still havn't heard anything yet guys....too much faustration and long wait....Oh help Lord

Its going to come. When I have my "melt downs", my husband always says we talked the talk now Gods testing us to walk the walk. Patience is not my strongest quality but what can we do but hang in there and keep the faith.

Who knows, we might long for these days of solitude when we're with our spouses and they get on our nerves

Give it about a week or two before they start approving April VJ cases. They are at around the March 25th cases right now according to Igor's list and recent timelines. Looking at the graphs, about 60% of March I-130 filers with VSC have received NOA2 already. Hopefully in the next couple of weeks we will start receiving NOA2 for April filers as long as VSC doesn't slow down on I-130s.

Subject: Help keep legal immigrants out of limbo

Hi,

I signed a petition to The United States House of Representatives and The United States Senate which says:

"We and our families have been waiting too long for our immigration petitions to be reviewed. Speed up processing the backlog of applications (specifically at the Vermont Servicing Center) so we don't have to wait to be with our families"

Will you sign this petition? Click here:

Thanks!
