Hi All,

I Filed on April 12 and my I-130 was approved in Nov 28, means after 7 months and a half waiting. Thanks to myself means if I didn't call the 800 Num then after 2 months emailed the Vermont service I wouldn't have my case approved yet. Anyway I'm in NVC stage things are going so fast the only problem I have is I'm still waiting for the documents that my husband sent me from Morocco so that I can send them the IV packet and will be done soon hopefully with no RFE'S. Good luck everyone.

It depends on how busy the embassy is , but you can call NVC and ask them if they have a date for the interview yet , you both will Receive an email when is the interview date is assigned . Can i ask you why are you no the NVC thread? You should be posting your question there not here .

Thanks for the info! I didn't know there was a separate NVC thread. I have always been posting my questions on this thread...

@Rezahoss- Any word yet? Still waiting? I am just hanging here as well...

Hi Johna1,

I thought you probably got lucky and received your NOA2!

No word yet! I called my congressman's office today (because they had told me I should receive something from USICS within 30 days back on 11/28/12). I was told they will contact USCIS asap and will give me an update. You and I know what they will say ...

I got hold of the senator office. They have contacted the Vermont Service Center. Senator office told me that they are sorry, and that it can take several more months as VSC is backlogged. I am really confused, I see a lot of people getting approved in months after April and May. It is really frustrating!!!!
