Congratualtions sunayana .. Happy fo you .. And happy for my self too because my i-130 got approved today too after 265 days of waiting almost 9 month .. Best wishes to everyone .

Hi Alex,

Do you know why your took 9 months? It's been almost 7 months since I got my NOA1 and I still have not heard anything. Hopefully I don't have to wait 9 months!

Hello Everyone! I just wanted to know if there are any VSC April filers out there that are still waiting for their NOA2. Please let me know if you are out there (or know of someone, or know anything!)

See here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?form=2&visa=3&scenter=2&option=3&sortby=2

It's a monthly sorted list of VSC I-130 filers. And it shows which ones have received NOA2 and which ones haven't or have just not updated their file. You can click on their profile to see if they've been active lately or if they have but haven't received approval yet.

Nope, no rfe yet... I hope not... We just wait and pray. If it is our turn then praise the Lord. But for the meantime while waiting I think it is a blessing because we have a one year old boy and it is difficult to raise a kid there without a help of a nanny. Unlike to my place where I have two nannies ,lol.
