Do you know why your took 9 months? It's been almost 7 months since I got my NOA1 and I still have not heard anything. Hopefully I don't have to wait 9 months!

Nope, no rfe yet... I hope not... We just wait and pray. If it is our turn then praise the Lord. But for the meantime while waiting I think it is a blessing because we have a one year old boy and it is difficult to raise a kid there without a help of a nanny. Unlike to my place where I have two nannies ,lol.

It is my experience that long delay countries are: Philippines, India, and Iran (well I only know myself!). Is this normal?

I dont think so because as what I told every case is unique. I dont want to prejudice my country with it.

yes ! looneytunes is right!!! All April filers of our country got NOA2...But my case is little different from them...We updated

from LPR to USC this september...but still they are delaying in approving my NOA2....
