You would think with the election and all they would be working faster on this. Seems like the election is making them work slower...

Now, I need to work on the next steps ;-) What are they ? ;-)

Wait one week, then CALL, CALL, CALL, to make sure the case gets sent to the Embassy on Brazil, so that they can contact my wife and me, and setup the interview process ? We need to get some documents there, let me go back and find the links to read !!!!

We are soooooooo happy !!! I called her right away, and she is on cloud 9 ;-)

Hopefully the interview dates will be set soon, and we will be together here, before the end of the year ;-)

I TOOK A LONG TIME, this is torture, and they NEED to improve this process. It should NEVER take 6 months to hear back from them ;-(

Done, now i am looking at other Cr-1 visa application from Brazil and i am seeing interview times from noa-2 approbals varying between 2 and 6 months ????????

This is so frustrating :-(

Any ideas on how to speed things up?

We got approved today! I submitted a service request last week. Today I got a text that we're approved, 6 months, 17 days later. We had no interview or RFEs.

Any body here been waiting for 250 days or more ? Its been 255 days for me. Please share if you are , at least i will know iam not out there alone .

You have to give a call to USCIS ask for Tier II Support (even Tier 1 can also do a service request for you but ask for Tier 2 ) and let them know you have passed the 5 Month processing timeframe.

Sounds like they are giving us the ole running around... There were several VJ'ers with May PD that were approved last week. Guess all we can do is wait..

I've filed for a K3 along with my 130, at the time I did not know that the K3 was obsolete. I did reading on this forum and found that some have claimed doing this may have pushed the 130 to the back of the line (PD of the K3), of course, I don't know how true this is.

Anyways, for those of us that are still waiting did any of you filed for a K3 in addition to your 130? Or those of you who are April filers that are approved, did you filed a K3?
