I didnt get a text I didnt get an email and for some reason I just said let me check the website and there it was Omg I could cry right now im so happy they just approved my i130 bring on the nvc stage im ready for it have my packages ready and waiting excited im praying for you guys. :dance: :dance:

April 6th and nothing yet. :-(

im april 6th and I just got approved so u might be soon check the website though because i didnt get a text or email

MASSIVE CONGRATS

I called NVC yesterday to see if my case had been received from VSC and they said they received it in the building on the 24th already and my case was only updated as approved on the USCIS website the 26th so call NVC at the end of this week and hear what they say

Thank you very much I will call them on friday to at least give them a little time hopefully they tell me they received it last week lol less wait time for me I am so excited. Congrats to u too I hope your nvc journey is a fast one

Congrats and I am hoping my case will be approved soon as well !!! Good to know that April 6th folks are getting approved ;-)

Now, when I get to the site, www.uscis.gov, enter my case, and login, I only see "Initial Review"

Where do you guys see if the case has been touched ?

I will call them tomorrow, is this the correct number ? 1-800--375-5283 This is the number on the email I got from them when they sent me the reception of the I-130 application for NOA1.

i called this number, 1-800--375-5283, and I get an automated machine that checks the status as I can on the web ;-(

It does not seem to be an option to speak with somebody.

How do I know if my file has been touched ? On the web site, I just see that they sent me the NOA1 on April 6th, ( they got the application on April 3rd actually ) and that is it ;-(

I see folks that are being approved on April 6th and later.

I just pressed the option for if there is a problem or need to change address. That was the only way I could get through to someone. All the best. SN: Mine wasnt "touched" once until is said approved. Apparantly when you sign into your USCIS account you'll know its been touched by the date it says last updated or something like that.

This is my way to get to talk to a live person : press 1 for english then 2 then 2-1-3-4-6

Called this morning and after one month of processing april 2 VSC is processing April 9. At least this is according to the rep.
