Just called uscis again demanded to speak to a tier 2 supervisor which I think was a waste of time after being hold for 30 minutes she was rude and all she said was well u won't get anything back for until 6 to 7 months ####### man why the hell would they post processing time 5 months for what this is starting to piss me off so much these people do not understand how hard it is being away from your love one for so damn long this kind of distance puts a strain on relationships we have been doing this distance thing for about 7 years and everyday it gets even harder I can not handle this. Anymore its so frustrating because they can't even give us any concreate information about something we paid $420 dollars for for all this damn drama its shouldve been free *venting* they keep talking about working on april 2nd why are they working on april second for 3 damn weeks they need hiring some more freaking ppl to get the work done I'm trying so hard to not say a bunch of curse words

I understand ur frustration...It is very pain to live away from our loved ones...VSC is very slow these days...Be polite eventhough they are rude to u .

I also frustrated about this...but be calm ur self...pray to god...and meditate ur self..do the things(your work) that must done by u so that u can put away your thoughts about your loved one away for sometime..

I think this would help u.

It is tremendously frustrating. When I called USCIS last week I spoke to this woman Christine who was a complete $%@#*. It took a lot but instead of giving her attitude back all I said was "Thank you VERY MUCH Christine. You have been extremely helpful today". I think she knew she wasnt and felt bad as her tone changed completely when she said "Thank you for calling Mrs Sterling". She may have just been giving me sarcasm back who knows  . Sadly the people we speak to at the Contact Centres have absolutely no authority on the cases. I actually think their only purpose is to read what we can see ourselves on the website. I know this may come easy to say now since I just received my NOA2 but really just hang in there. I did a day of prayer and fasting and went on my knees every night. I dont know how religious you are but without my faith I wouldve lost it completely. The distance no doubt puts strain on a relationship but some days will always be better than others. Talk to your hunny and if its any help at all I learnt that being down everytime I spoke to him put a damper on our relationship for a while so I try my best to rather be happy go lucky, he picks up on the vibe, and eventually my fake happiness is a real smile :D

All the best. Hope to hear some more good news coming from all the April filers soon.

Just got off the phone with USCIS. The Rep claims that VSC is still working on April 2. So i'm guessing based on the post here that on April 2 they got like 1 million cases . Anyways no Service request is allowed . Still keeping my fingers crossed. :)

That is ALL good advice! good.gifThank you for posting. I'm taking it in for myself also. My NOA 1 date is April 11th and still nothing. sad.gifI talked to a supervisor 3 days ago and was told to call back in 9 days if nothing changed. huh.gif It is my prayer to have all this done by Christmas so my husband can be here with me on New Years and we can start 2013 together fresh but I am choosing to be content whenever it happens because the whole point is to be with him. This scripture is helping me keep my mind right Philipians 4:4-11
