Why does NVC keep on overlooking our docs

Hi All. Just wanted to vent a bit, not really upset or anything, and I do understand the NVC has a lot of cases to review and has a tremendous workload but why do they keep on overlooking documents we've already submitted? Twice now, we've received notices that we need to submit a required document even though we already did. Fortunately, we're using the services of an immigration attorney and they're keeping on top of things but it just surprises me that this would even happen. Have anyone experienced the same thing with NVC? Is this typical of them? Thank.

NVC has a very specific and timely order in which they do things. You must wait until they are ready to receive before you send anything. Many people are sending document too early and it is confusing the system. I am not saying that is what happen in your case, but I have observed this.

That is the job of over loaded NVC ppl. When one has back log they only tend to by pass. That is the case with NVC. They will ignore your documents till they approach dead line to complete or achieve them numbers.

Its all out numbers because very thing is out sourced my dear.
