Birth Certificate Translation

My wife got a BC translated into English in Ukraine.

The translation it's fine, but the person that translated states that she is fluent in English and Ukrainian in Ukrainian not in English.

Would this be valid for uscis or the person that does it has to say it in English?

Be at the place of the USCIS people... or anybody who only speak English. How can we know that the translation certification IS a translation certification if it's not in English? :)

As Harpa Timsah said, it has to be in English...
