I found this forum pretty helpful in my status, the attorney who’s representing me he said that the application was send at the end of August but I haven't receive the NOA yet and the GC expire by November 15th I’m worry first at all I want to make sure that USCIS receive my application and I’m in processes to removed the condition and second at all because I bought an airline ticket for December and obviously I cannot cancel it. So please there anyone on my same situation how can help me out on what I need to do in order to find out if USCIS receive my application. Before you guys ask, the attorney hasn't been helpful at all, I paid the fees to him and he send the payment to USCIS he said that the check he send has not been cashed which is so weird...

Please anyone with experience removing condition on Houston or Texas Service Center please shares it with me....

Thanks a lot…
