hello ramadan mubarak for everyone

if i get tourist visa i can be legal in usa?

Yes legally a TOURIST only. You must show ties to Algeria, meaning you will go back to Algeria. If you intend to visit the USA and marry your fiancé then that would be considered fraud.

Legal in what way? Yes if you have a tourist visa you can visit the USA legally for a maximum of 6 months, assuming you are approved for the visa- it can be difficult for young guys from your area to get a visa.

Your other thread indicates you have a much older US woman you are in a relationship with and if you choose, you can marry her on the trip that is legal too, but you must return home after the 6 months. You cannot work during your tourist visa stay.

People can marry on tourist visas.
People can do whatever they want on tourist visas. There are no restrictions on what they can do while in the US. But when their time is up, they need to go back to where they came from. The people that adjust from a tourist visa when they suddenly find the love of their dreams and marry the person within a month are a bunch of fraudsters 99% of the time. That stuff just doesn't happen. And the USC citizens who "surprise" their viisting boyfriend/girlfriend with a proposal are fraudsters too. It's all planned. Edited by Eric-Pris

Come back when you get one and we will continue the discussion.

“If you know the enemy and know yourself, you need not fear the result of a hundred battles. If you know yourself but not the enemy, for every victory gained you will also suffer a defeat. If you know neither the enemy nor yourself, you will succumb in every battle.”

1. It's going to be very difficult for you to get a tourist visa if you have a girlfriend or fiancee in the US.

2. It's illegal to enter the US on a tourist visa if you intend to marry and stay in the country - It can get you deported and banned.
