hi vj members please need some advise carelessly ma filled up forms got abit wet tried to get them dry but on one side they look abit rinckled but every word is visible please any advise do i need to fill again or i can use them please will be grateful to hear from you thanks

Please fill out your timeline.secondly you can't present such forms on your interview,why give them a reason to refuse your application?Try to be organised and if am not mistaken you can download those forms free of charge.
