September 2007: Met online via social networking site (MySpace); began exchanging messages.
March 26, 2009: We become a couple!
September 10, 2009: Arrived for first meeting in-person!
June 17, 2010: Arrived for second in-person meeting and start of travel together to other areas of China!
June 21, 2010: Engaged!!!
September 1, 2010: Switched course from K1 to CR-1
December 8, 2010: Wedding date set; it will be on February 18, 2011!
February 9, 2011: Depart for China
February 11, 2011: Registered for marriage in Wuhan, officially married!!!
February 18, 2011: Wedding ceremony in Shiyan!!!
April 22, 2011: Mailed I-130 to Chicago
April 28, 2011: Received NOA1 via text/email, file routed to CSC (priority date April 25th)
April 29, 2011: Updated
May 3, 2011: Received NOA1 hardcopy in mail
July 26, 2011: Received NOA2 via text/email!!!
July 30, 2011: Received NOA2 hardcopy in mail
August 8, 2011: NVC received file
September 1, 2011: NVC case number assigned
September 2, 2011: AOS invoice received, OPTIN email for EP sent
September 7, 2011: Paid AOS bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 9, 2011)
September 8, 2011: OPTIN email accepted, GZO number assigned
September 10, 2011: Emailed AOS package
September 12, 2011: IV bill invoiced
September 13, 2011: Paid IV bill (payment portal showed PAID on September 14, 2011)
September 14, 2011: Emailed IV package
October 3, 2011: Emailed checklist response (checklist generated due to typo on Form DS-230)
October 6, 2011: Case complete at NVC
November 10, 2011: Interview - APPROVED!!!
December 7, 2011: POE - Sea-Tac Airport

September 17, 2013: Mailed I-751 to CSC

September 23, 2013: Received NOA1 in mail (receipt date September 19th)

October 16, 2013: Biometrics Appointment

January 28, 2014: Production of new Green Card ordered

February 3, 2014: New Green Card received; done with USCIS until fall of 2023*

December 18, 2023:  Filed I-90 to renew Green Card

December 21, 2023:  Production of new Green Card ordered - will be seeing USCIS again every 10 years for renewal

your not alone in this..i'm also at 190 days with no updates or activity..calling them is useless..trying to put in a service request is useless(they are processing dates of January 16, and are saying that since our dates are beyond the 16th we still fall into "normal processing times")..you can try and call your congressman and maybe get lucky, but this is all just one big mess with no end in sight...sorry for the doom and gloom but it's all that we have..

Absolutely call, and keep calling. Get a service request in place. You have waited longer than what anyone would consider is a reasonable amount of time. I have not heard of any March filers getting approval from VSC. CSC is really zooming along and is into April.

11/08/2012: Paid AOS Bill(Status: InProcess)

11/08/2012: Beneficiary emailed Signed/Scanned copy of DS-3032

11/13/2012: AOS Bill Status Changed to PAID

11/13/2012: Sent AOS Package

11/15/2012: NVC Received AOS Packet

11/20/2012: Beneficiary received email from NVC that DS-3032 is accepted

11/21/2012: Received email from NVC about IV Invoice

11/21/2012: Paid IV Fee (Status: InProcess)

11/23/2012: IV Bill Status Changed to PAID)

11/23/2012: Sent IV Package

11/27/2012: NVC Received IV Packet

11/29/2012: NVC Accepted AOS

12/11/2012: NVC Accepted DS-230 partI & II

12/12/2012: Received Interview Date

12/12/2012: Case complete at NVC and Transferred to India

CONSULATE

12/18/2012: Embassy received

12/20/2012: Medical

01/15/2013: Interview

01/18/2013: Visa

03/07/2013: POE

just for some info, I filed through VSC also and had sent mine Feb 1st and got the NOA1 Feb 3rd. I called a few days after the 5 month mark and they said because they were processing Jan 9th at that time it wasn't considered late yet so call back in 25 days. So I waited and called back yesterday, just short of the 25 days and they still gave me the run around and said call back end of August if I still have not heard anything. I even asked for a service request and the guy wouldn't do one. Maybe cause it was about 7:30 pm when I called... :( I hope soon we will both here something. GOOD LUCK!!! :thumbs:

I just want to add to ignore the top of what I just said because i checked my email after and I got my email tonight that said we were approved, so I hope that soon u will get yours. GOOD LUCK!!! :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs: :thumbs:

12/06/2011 - Married

01/17/2012 - I-130 Sent

01/18/2012 - NOA1 Date

07/30/2012 - NOA2 Email Received (194 Days since NOA1)

NVC:

07/30/2012 - Case arrived at NVC building

08/20/2012 - Received case #, IIN, gave both e-mail addresses

08/20/2012 - E-mailed DS-3032 (used email template & also attached scanned copy)

08/27/2012 - AOS bill invoiced & PAID online

08/28/2012 - AOS bill appears as PAID

08/29/2012 - DS-3032 accepted

08/30/2012 - IV bill invoiced & PAID online

08/31/2012 - IV bill appears as PAID

08/31/2012 - AOS Package sent (via priority mail)

08/31/2012 - IV Package sent (via priority mail)

09/04/2012 - NVC received both packets (due to weekend & labor day holiday)

09/11/2012 - AOS/I-864 accepted

09/17/2012 - RFE for DS-230 ques 30

09/19/2012 - Mailed new DS-230 by overnight mail

09/21/2012 - New DS-230 delivered at NVC

10/01/2012 - IV Package accepted

10/01/2012 - Case Complete

10/02/2012 - Interview date assigned by email

Mumbai Consulate:

10/05/2012 - Medical Done (Got the report on same day)

11/07/2012 - Interview @ Mumbai Consulate (Result: APPROVED)

11/09/2012 - Passport Pick up

11/22/2012 - POE Atlanta
