Hi, I am feeling some type of way right about now. I sent my completed I-129f packet to the Lewisville, TX address on the instructions for express mail on June 20th, and it was signed for on the 21st. I still have not received a text, an email or any indication on what is going on with my packet. I don't know if it was forwarded to VSC or rejected and returned. I have been trying to find a number or somewhere or someone I can contact but I find nothing at all. Is there anyone who has gone through this or does anyone know where I can call to get the status of what is going on with my application.

I sent my packet on July 17th, they received it on the 19th but I didnt get an email or text or the slip in the mail until yesterday july24th...you should be getting it soon:)

Did you send it to the Dallas Lockbox or the Lewisville, TX location? I sent mine out in June, you still got a response faster than I have, so that is what is making me worried. I want to know for sure because I'm getting ready to go to DR and I was just thinking about going ahead and getting married since I will be there for a couple of weeks and with him anyways, but I want to know what happened to my i-129f application first.

It's been more than a month, and I have not received anything at all. I sent a postal money order and am waiting on the trace to see when it was or if it has been cashed.

Sorry, I read it too fast. It's been a month. Make an appointment with USCIS. The link is below.

If you have not moved and you did not submit incorrect information (like home address) then it's unusual for this to happen.

When you go to your local office make sure you take with you all the original documents and proof of ID and residence. Wish you the best.

Thanks...that was my original thought to try to go down to the immigration office here to see if they can give me some type of information.

Hey guys, thanks so much for all of your advice. I contacted the USCIS 800 number today and talked to a representative, I explained that I had sent my packet out on the 20th and had not received anything back yet. She transferred me to another representative who just asked my name, address, and date of birth. She then told me my case had been received on the 21st and a letter had been mailed out to me. She gave me the receipt number and told me to go to the website and see check my status. And yes! it says it was received that they had mailed me a letter out, and that it is in the review phase right now. I am so happy at least now I can track it even though I have not received the NOA in the mail. God is good and he always listens to your prayers so just ask him with faith in your heart and things will come out alright.

Awesome! I was about to add that they normally wont do anything before 30 has passed since you have mailed the petition however, I did the same thing as you with AOS(name, address, date of birth). It sounds like you were transferred to a tier 2 human/rep - the first person you spoke to can see just about the same as you can at any stage of the process.

You can always set up an account on USCIS and add your case number to the portfolio.

Have a smooth jouney from now on. :)
