Can someone please help me? I am a little paranoid about getting an RFE and this CR-1 process. I have a few questions...

1. For the petitioner, where it says File Number A do I put "NONE" if I am a US citizen by birth?

2. What does my spouse put there? She is the benificiary.

3. In the box toward the bottom where it says Naturalization, Other and Status as Permanent Resident, do I select other? If i put "other", what else do I put? I-130 or CR-1?

4. On the bottom where the bold box is... Who writes in that box?

Please help me so I can send this off...

Thanks!
