my husband is the petitioner of my kids,i have to fly back to my country to get the kids passport as my mom that watch the kids has cancer and cant get the passport for the kids, before i left US i prepare all the paperworks that possibly needed for NVC like the AOS,the fees, the ds230 the ds3032,all original documents so my husband dont have to filled it out just sent it when the NVC request all of this.before i left we talk to the NVC also asking f i need to take all documents on me in my country and they said no because the petitioner will be the one contacted by the NVC since our address on our country is very confusing and told us to sent choice of agent, now im here in my country and my husband called in NVC and got the MNL and told us that i should have all the paperworks with me since our case was expedited and this will be a different processing.now im confused bcuz we called again and the lady we talk too said i dont need the paperworks with me.NVC people has different information, thats why im wondering if there is anybody here has the same case with me.thanks
