So I had my Biometric last July 9 and on July 14 received email saying that my I-30 was transferred to local USCIS office..so how long before they will send me interview date or at least my EAD??? thanks for the reply

EAD are taking upward of 70 days, from your filing date, to be processed. The National Benefit Center gets all the AOS packages. If you're adjusting from a K1 your files will be transferred to the California Service Center, if not you will have to wait for the CSC to send the file back to your local office. I would suggest joining one of the progress report group so you can compare with other VJ member in the same situation.

No I'm not from K1,just frustrating that I can't get a job and i can't get a driver license yet...is it possible that they will send my interview letter first before the EAD? thanks

Some people are receiving their interview letter first..hang in there

Btw.... LoAngeles seems like its slower then other USCIS FIELDOFFICES

I guess you're right....so slow this waiting is killing me? so you will have your interview in L.A?

The email they sent me on July 13 said to wait 90 days and notify them if no notification from local office

NOA1 for I-485 says to notify them 30 if no bios so I called and they sent an email, it took 9 days for NBC to reply.That's when they notified me that I did not need bios and that I just need to be scheduled for an interview... its been 2 weeks and nothing

Yes you should. maybe could ask what your email means. if both applications are in the same office...I bug them at least once a week

Do it on your Edit Signature instead. go to Edit profile and you'll see it on your left side

some people never get EAD just interview..

Hubby and I will call in like 10 minutes to ask about I-130 since I have not received any notice about it.

so I was on the phone with them for 17 mins.

After they got my receipt number, basically they just read my case status show on USCIS website... which I check 10 times a day

and I asked them where is my case now and when can I be expecting my interview notice, again, they checked the "processing time" on the website and repeat that to me... lol

So I gave up... I guess I will just have to wait, I feel like I know it better than them. sigh!
