i get emaill from Senator office

Ms. case is currently on hold under Section 221(g) of the Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) for administrative processing. The department of State is continuously working to improve processing and expedite visas, and we appreciate Ms. patience. Please be assured that we will contact Ms. as soon as the processing is complete.

any one know how long for visa

any one know how long for visa

180 days from the notice you should receive a notice of intent to revoke which you have 30 days to reply to with proof of your relationship. Then an additional 60 days for them to review that evidence. Then 30 to notify consulate for interview if evidence is accepted. Then 30 days to prepare for interview.

Were there any Red-Flags in your case ? anything that happened in the interview ?

Dont worry , it would come any day now .. just a matter of patience

05-29-2012 Arrived in U.S.

07-10-2012: Case Transferred to CSC

07-20-2012: Biometrics Appt/Case received by CSC

08-15-2012: EAD/AP Approved

01-07-2013: 1st Service Request ( Outside Processing Time )

02-24-2013: 2nd Service Request ( Outside Processing Time )

03-22-2013: AOS Approval without Interview
