Need Help NBC processing my case

So am a little worried and concerned about my case, I know its still new i filed June through marriage from F-1 thus I-485 and I-765 my receipt number has MSC which is the National Benefit Center. I did biometrics on the 11th of june but nothing has been updated spoke to a rep today and he informed me that as of right now NBC will be processing my case since they never transferred it to my local office or any other place. WHY though is it a good thing for NBC to process both documents are they fast also i really need my work authorization card at least can someone please explain to me thanks VJ members

From my experience, any location can process your petition. This is usually determined by workload at each USCIS location. It is going to be a while before your case is updated on the website or you get anymore mail, unless you receive an RFE. Since, from your perspective, everything has been done and this is what I believe has happened to your case. It has been put on a very large pile of cases, like yours, and will be reviewed in a timely manner. You should receive your EAD in 10 weeks from the date on your NOA1, this is when my gal got hers. For now, kick back and try to relax. It is going to take some time. We are dealing with government workers... If each worker did all of his work today, what would they do tomorrow?f

NBC does the initial processing for the I-485 and all of the processing for an I-765 (employment authorisation) and I-131 (advance parole).

The current waiting time for an I-765 based on AoS is approximately 90 days. I received mine a little under that, but not by much.

There is nothing you can do to make it go faster.

This. You only filed last month. It be transferred to your local office for an interview later.

You may want to follow one of the progress report thread in order to compare your case to others who filed around the same time. I assume you filed in June, so i will suggest this one.
