Hello! How have you been? I did exactly what everyone said to do. After the rejection on VAWA I-360. I re-applied. They only asked me to get police clearance (moral character).

The RFE this time was for only one thing. After sending the RFE they gave me Prima Facie (statutory 180 days). Tomorrow my Prima Facie Determination will expire. I requested for an extension 30 day earlier. I have not heard from them but I know they got the request because I certified the mail I sent to them.

I filed VAWA Dec 29th 2011

USCIS received IT on Jan 3rd 2012

RFE from USCIS Jan 16th 2012

I got Prima Facie in Feb 2nd 2012

Prima Facie Determination Expiration July 25th 2012.

This is actually the 7th month when do you think I can get a decision?

Last year they gave me a decision on the expiration date and it was negative. (I think the timeline is pretty much the same amount of time). Find attached the RFE.

How can they make someone wait for so long. It is not fair to suspend a human life because of a piece of paper with benefits.

If the person is successful approve the application, if not reject the application. But suspense makes people vunerable to all sorts of circumstances.

That does not exclude the missile of legal predators--Whatever that means to you. As for I don't have any money to give to anyone anymore. Am broke, it is 17 years now with excess of 40k spent on immigration cases.

When will this end.
