Good Friday morning everyone! Woke up in a wonderful mood! Had a wonderful evening with the husband. After he woke up from his nap, I had all the dishes finished and he made the break fast meal, and he cleaned up everything. He decided that last night we would do what I wanted to do since I came home to do all the dishes and let him sleep and he felt bad. (Btw, I didn't say anything.) So we ordered Papa John's pizza and watched a "scary" movie at home. All in all, it was a very wonderful evening. Oh and we went to the ice cream shop and ordered my pumpkin icecream cake for my birthday! Yay! We're going to have a birthday dinner the 29th. I am super excited!

Today I am working until 6 and I am going to be going to see a movie with a good friend. Tomorrow bright and early at 9, the plumber is coming to fix our shower, and I have no plans for the rest of the day except to spend some time with my husband. Don't know exactly what I am doing on Sunday, but I am sure it will be fun.

Just wanted to say that I am sorry that I apparently said to much yesterday. I didn't mean for everyone to start growling at eachother. Thanks to those looking out for me. From now on if I need to express something that might be too much, I will express it in a PM to a good friend. Sorry again and I hope you all have a good day and a great weekend!

Oh pumpkin ice cream...I've never had that sounds yummie!!! I have been having something called "pumpkin fluff" at night. It's a weight watcher's recipe and it goes like this:

one pkg ff sugarfree butterscotch pudding mix

one pkg ff sugarfree vanilla pudding mix

2 cups 1% milk

1 can pumpkin

1 tsp pumpkin spice (or mix cinnamon and nutmeg if you don't have pumpkin spice)

mix the butterscotch and vanilla pudding mix with the milk until it forms the pudding. Then mix in the can of pumpkin. Then add the pumpkin spice and refridgerate for about an hour. Add a dollop of whipped cream and mange!!!

oops..forgot to add that it's only 1 pt per serving.

Janine, this forum used to be about supporting each other through good and bad. It was always my understanding since I joined that venting was perfectly A-OK. If this has officially changed I hope someone speaks up!

As for the growlers... they are constantly looking for something to growl about and you can't please everyone, so don't waste much energy worrying about it.

Serves 5 so just eyeball the serving size by dividing it by 5, though to be honest I just take a huge glob of it since it's only 1 point per serving. I've only seen one size of pumpkin cans so I dunno...maybe it's like 15 oz or something? Looks like it's about 1 1/2 cups? As for the pudding, I use the individual Jello Pudding packages.

I used to think there was only one size of pumpkin, til I went to this store and found three different sizes! I was amazed! No more having to buy a big can when I only needed one cup! That's why I was asking. Thanks! I can't wait to try it.

I can CERTIFY that this is AWESOME. if you like pumpkin pie, you'll LOVE this. I sometimes save my points and will use nilla wafers with it as "crust"
