My fiance just received his passport back with his US visa...but it seems there is a photo on it of someone who is NOT him. Has anyone on here have, or have seen, a US visa, and can you confirm that the passport holder's photo is on the visa?

If it is certainly not him, the visa must be returned and reissued

Good luck

It's definitely not him, and I know it needs to be returned and reissued if it's supposed to have a photo of him on it. I ask because I've never had a visa with my photo on it for any country I've been to and he could be describing to me a historic figure pic or something that goes on all the visas.

So, someone who has seen one, or has one, please confirm - a US visa does in fact have a photo of the passport holder on it?

Really, because they told us it would take another 7 business days, which is the same as the initial processing time, and we have to pay the processing fee again. This was over the phone. My fiance showed up in person (an overnight bus to Delhi!) yesterday to address it, but I haven't heard back yet since his cell doesn't work in Delhi. Hopefully they were more understanding and helpful.
