When you transferred from office to office, they usually put you in a start position. Like you started it over again. So, if you don't have any changes from the last move (may 16?) in 60 days, and you think they are asleep, you can call them and ask a service request. Or just wait when they will schedule an interview. Good luck!

If you are in Milwaukee, then why would your case be sent to Nebraska? Perhaps you need to call USCIS and speak to a tier 2 human officer about your case, and/or make an infopass appointment at your local USCIS office.

i guess first they have to send the file to one of the service center ( which ever is near to applicant's state) they will process that and give me interview date then they will transfer the file to local field office ... i went to milwaukee uscis office by infopass last month but the lady said wait atleast 60 days .. now i am planning to go again with infopass apointment .... don't know how much time it gonna take more for interview ..
