hi guys please help me . im trying to get my new green card because i was married to my husband who is a american citizen so i feel the i -751 form and i did every thing i suppose to do but they need more evidence

my question is they ask about two witnesses that they know me and my husband

when this witnesses write that they know us for that period of time they can write it as hand writting or they have to type it in the computer

and plzzzzz if any body have a sample of what they have to write

i hope u understand my question my english is not perfect

Typewritten is probably better as it is easier to read but I'm sure they won't turn away handwritten. Those statements aren't required, though - if you have plenty of evidence otherwise you don't need to send them.

Send NOTARIZED statements, if you send just copy of joint tax return send IRS TRANSCRIPT.If you use to shop online print out the invoices showing the stuff were delivered in your house.If you have letters you received from doctors,dentist,laboratory,veterinary send as well.Bank statement SPANNING the last 2 years.If you don't have utilities bills in your name then write a brief letter explaining why you dont have utilities bill in your name. Do you rent or own a place? if you rent send copy of the lease, if your name is not on the lease GET AN AFFIDAVIT from your landlord stating you live there with your husband since xxxx to present.Search in the google some power of attorney and send to USCIS(notarized) it's ok you decided to do just now after getting the RFE. Your husband should sign one and you another one ok.If your husband owns a house and it's not in your name how about considering to have a WILL. Did you send some pictures with your husband?.Did you travel with him abroad or in the USA? send proof of the trip(boarding pass,copy of the airline ticket,passport stamp). Did you send some greeting cards you exchanged with your husband? send some copies tho.

TO write an affidavit the person must put

name

date of birth

city and country of citizenship

contact number and full address

I have never heard of notarized statements being required by USCIS. Can you provide the source of this info?

I am an attorney working with Immigration Law over 20 years. I always advise to Notarize the affidavits because there is a USCIS memorandum regarding this matter(2003).Google and you will find the memo.

With all due respect, I was not able to locate the link...perhaps I did not enter the right key words?

I couldn't find the memo either. However, getting a signature notarized costs about 10 bucks. Probably worth doing it.
