Good day VJ members,I came here to US as K1 visa now a permanent resident and 2 kids in my DS156 list for under 21 years old children and 1 to follow with me which he came here May 2012.

I would like to ask for an information if my other child can still come here with me as he works over seas and now 21 years old, can he come as k2, during my son's interview in the US Embassy he was asked of this too. Your comments and info is very much appreciated, thanks guys :)

Aloha!! I guess it would be hard for you to get your other child since he is already 21 years old. I believe child on k2 visa should follow within 1 year from the time you came to the US, beyond 1 year, he cant follow anymore.. Maybe other visa will do.. Goodluck!

Nope. Child would have had to enter before age 21. You can file for him as the unmarried child over 21 of an LPR. MUCH longer wait, though. Sorry.
