Hellooo Petitioner of F2a from Vermont, would you mind to email them to remind them to update their status of F2a Petition.

how come they still stuck on jan23rd?? pllsss...

my hubby already sent them email, if theres many people send the same email asking about this issues i wish they really2 pay attention for it. and start to update their status.

My pd is may232011,i already rcve noa2, and after paying aos and i send ds3032 but until now no reply..am worried!1 month of waiting for their reply

is your case belong's to VSC?

Mine took 17 months to be approve.

Yup,belong to vsc..my pd may232011..

I am not doubting on you but VSC is currently working on March - April 2011 cases,

plus my PD is 5 MAY 2011 and haven't heard anything from them in 16 months

so please check your center first?

Yes you are right... Nobody from Feb 2011-VSC has received Approval till now.

Hi Saiangel

It is almost 18 months since you got NOA1. In USCIS website, it says Vermont average processing time for F2A is 16.5 months. I think you can file a Service request to USCIS.
