Just sit back and wait and see what happens. It could take a few weeks or a few months ya never know. They also kept my fiances passport and issued him a visa a few weeks later and we had all the RED FLAGS one could imagine, but we made it through and hopefully you will too. Good luck and hope you hear something soon.

I would appreciate it, if you do not mind, indeed, if you mention the red flags you meant "foreverwaiting".

Okay sure no problem.... Its only a few, but it was all the important red flags for CASA.

Age difference, I am 15 yrs older.

I had was married and divorced with one child?

Had no job the last 12 yrs prior to filing the K1 visa, as I was a stay home mom.

Went back to work before his interview, and had only one paystub to submit for evidence of job.

Used all assets to qualify for the I864 affidavit of support with no co sponsor for K1.

I think what helped our case was we took our relationship very slow and I made 5 visits to Morocco and stayed three weeks each visit, with the 6th visit bringing him home.

We met online in 2008 and had almost 2 years of strong evidence of a great relationship before his interview in 2010. I also had the wonderful opportunity of being called at work by the Consular who was interviewing my fiancé at the time. I was asked to tell our story from the beginning up until that day. I took a few deep breaths and told our story. The consular said that my fiancé knew me very well and did a great job during his interview. He said I will tell your fiancé the good news....your approved. It's rare when Casablanca will interview the US spouse or fiancé, but I am very thankful for that one moment in time.

So that's about it, I think...... Hope this helps
