No need for all CAPS please. It is more difficult to read and is the equivalent of yelling. Some embassies conduct a second interview. What you should probably do is wait. They told you that they will "either call you and issue you a visa or schedule another interview". Not much you could do but wait at this point. Follow their instructions. Did they tell you it was in AR/AP? Did they give you a 221g slip? AP is generally not something they just forget to tell you. Not sure how Morocco conducts interviews, but you might find more useful information on how your specific embassy works in the Middle East and North Africa forums: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/forum/97-middle-east-and-north-africa/

Pleas fill in your profile (esp country) and timeline so we can help you better.

Any red flags in your case, such as large age difference, different religions, recent divorce etc?

Any questions/ items the CO seemed to focus on at the interviews? Did they tell you why you had the second interview>

ohh this is our story well we applied for k1 visa last year and we got denied and then the petition sent back to the state and then we refiled and then we got approved by the uscis amd then then i got an interview again in the embassy again and i answeared the entire questions and the interviewer told me that they will either call me for second interview or issue the visa and they gave me my passport back with no form or 221g or anything to show up what this process means...and as for red flags i think there are some like we started working on the k1 visa in the first time after a few months from meeting together that is the reason we got denied by last year but we stated this when we refiled and me and my fiance dont have any previous marriage or relationship this is our first relationship ...so i am wondering what this could be means AP or AR so i am hoping someone who went through this to come across and let me know thank you so much

are you sure thats the reason you got denied? from what I know you can meet the person and the next day file for the k1 visa, granted you need to have the proof and documents in order.

It'd be helpful to know specifics. Is there an age difference? Is there a religious difference?

Has she only been to Morocco one time? Or has she visited more? How long did she stay in Morocco? How did you meet? If on a website, what website? Have you talked to other non Moroccans on this website or similar websites?

The consulate in Morocco is difficult because there is a lot of fraud happening - with Moroccans searching for Americans or Europeans, often because there is such high levels of unemployment in Morocco. I'm not saying this is the case in your situation, but that is what the consulate is looking for, and you have to be able to prove to them this is not your situation. Were you able to answer all the questions correctly that they asked about your fiance and your relationship?

My husband came here on a K-1 visa. He interviewed at Casablanca and was approved - they told him right then that he had been approved and KEPT his passport after the interview so that they could put the visa in it, and told him to come back and pick it up 4 days later.

So I am not sure why they gave you your passport back. It doesn't seem like a very good sign to me, because they need your passport to give you a visa. It seems like you may still have some waiting to do. Your American finace has lots of resources on her side to help her find information and figure out what's going on. If you do get denied again, I would suggest your fiance maybe chat with a lawyer or someone who can make sure that you do everything possible to be approved.

One thing I did notice, if you applied within a few months of "meeting" (I am assuming you met on the internet) - but if have not yet met in person, there is very little chance of approval. USCIS wants to know you have been together enough to really know eachother - this may be why they felt you didn't know eachother when you first applied. If you have not met at least one time (but better if there are several "in-person" meetings) then you need to make it happen, and visit eachother asap! Good luck!

well guys here i am now going to let you know more informations me and my fiancee meet through a friend of ours not on a website and she has been here visiting me three times and she spent anywhere from 8 to 10 days eachtime and she is christian and i am muslim and we dont have any kids before or even got married before we are talking almost everyday online and we visit so many places together when we were in person...and the consulat is really so complicated because i am wondering why they are making hard on the people who are marrying or engaged and not making hard on those who have lottery visa who travel to usa with no english to speak by or to comunicate by and teh condition is this person would have only the high school diploma and he can have an arabic interview and he can get this visa easily with no obstacles inspite he is going to immigrate to a country he doesnt have its own mther language...this really sucks to make it hard on us who are going to build up our life with our mates and not making it hard on those who just travel there with no knowladge where to go or what to do

Just sit back and wait and see what happens. It could take a few weeks or a few months ya never know. They also kept my fiances passport and issued him a visa a few weeks later and we had all the RED FLAGS one could imagine, but we made it through and hopefully you will too. Good luck and hope you hear something soon.
