ds-230 questions

hello everyone!

So we,re trying to finish our ds 230and there are some confusing things! My husband the USC lives with me here in Egypt for now, but he has a permanent address in the US. It is his mother,s address cause he moved with her for a while before he came to Egypt and we plan to live with her for a few weeks in theUS until we find an apartment of our own.

Now we are confused when filling in the IV form.

In question 16 address of spouse should I write same as my address or his permanent address in the US? I already included his address in the US in question 10 and his mother,s name as someone who currently lives there.

Then question 39 again asks for name of petitioner and address, which address should I include? Egypt or US? I don,t want to provide conflicting answers please help
